Gourmet Beef Burger & Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 4 Gourmet Beef Burger Patties
- 4 Brioche Burger Buns
- 1 Gem Lettuce
- 4 Slices of Cheese
- 1 Large Tomato (sliced)
- Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Large Brown Onion
- 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Large Sweet Potato
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- Sea Salt Flakes
Method
- Step1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Step2 Cut sweet potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl, drizzle with two tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary and sea salt. Make sure they are well coated.
- Step3 Transfer to a baking tray and bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden, crisp and tender.
- Step4 Thinly slice the onion and place in a frying pan with olive oil and cook until soft and golden brown, remove from the heat and place in a bowl until needed.
- Step5 Cut burger buns in a half and place in the oven to warm through, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Step6 Heat oil in a frying pan and cook burger patties for approximately 2 minutes per side. Top with a cheese slice and place in the oven to melt the cheese. Assemble burger and place on a board with chips and ketchup. Enjoy!
