Chicken Sage & Roasted Onion Sausage Omelette
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken sage & roasted onion sausages
- 1 tbsp / 15g butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp cream (or 1 ½ tbsp milk) (Note 1)
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup of grated cheese (any melting cheese, cheddar works well)
Method
- Step1 Preheat oven to 180°C Grease one 8×8 inch casserole dish and set aside.
- Step2 Beat together the eggs and milk. Add seasoning salt, chicken sage sausage (chunk), Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and minced onion. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Step3 Bake uncovered at (180°C) for 30-35 minutes.
