Beef King Island Cheddar & Caramelised Onions 500g
Who doesn’t like a good cheddar? We use the famous Australian King Island matured aged cheddar with a minimum of 12 months old to allow that hint of vintage taste. It’s full flavoured with a slight crumbly characteristic. We crumble the cheddar to the perfect size and add it to the beef along with the sweet taste of caramelised onions, it truly makes a wonderful sausage. Once cooked, you take a bite of the sausage and the cheddar just oozes out, the BBQ host always receives a compliment from guests with this one.
