With a long-standing passion for traditional handmade sausages, The Gourmet Sausage Company was born in 2012. We are a family owned business, and have been making sausages, meatballs and small goods over several generations, who always raised their own animals and grew their own produce with a focus on fresh, quality products.
Every sausage is handmade from much loved family recipes using the correct lean-to-fat ratio. Our natural casings are all hand cleaned and there is no use of artificial ingredients, colours or flavors whatsoever.
We use a coarse grind of carefully selected 100% Australian premium meat, to ensure the best and tastiest results. All our sausages and burgers are Gluten Free, with no bread fillers being used.
We do not take shortcuts, and no expense is spared in the procurement of our ingredients. Our priority when making every sausage, meatball and burger is to create a fresh, healthy and quality product to ensure customer satisfaction.
All our products are made in a HACCP certified food safe environment, with stringent quality control procedures to ensure every sausage in every batch is consistent and packed airtight for maximum freshness.
Our gourmet products are available from a range of retailers, as well as direct from our shop in Ermington.
